Light refreshments and all materials provided - just wear clothes you don't mind getting a little marked. Detailed information will be provided a week prior via email.

Day 2 (optional) – Meet at the Ascot Vale Library and decide the layout for Cyanotypes in the Quiet Study Space, participants will hand sew sections of the work together and enjoy a morning tea.

What are Cyanotypes?

Cyanotypes are a historic photographic printing process dating back to 1842 that creates rich blue images using sunlight. Objects or negatives are arranged on paper or fabric coated with light-sensitive chemicals. When exposed to UV light and washed with water, the surface transforms into deep Prussian blue, revealing delicate silhouettes and beautifully detailed impressions.
