This workshop is inclusive and open to all abilities. Previous experience is not required and everyone is welcome. Students will explore a variety of analogue cut and paste techniques, focusing on colour, composition, trompe l’oeil, surrealism and photomontage. Over the course of the session participants will be guided through several collage styles and have the opportunity to complete artworks to take home.
Please bring with you:
- paper images you would like to work with – magazines and picture books
- craft scissors and, or a craft knife
- UHU glue stick
- a cutting mat (if you have one)
- smart phone with an inbuilt camera
On presentation of your ticket at Arthouse Direct at 114 Buckley Street Essendon, workshop students will be entitled to receive a 10% discount on purchases.
